With intensive hands-on classes and a practical internship, this program is designed for entrylevel aspiring professionals in the food industry. Small group settings limited to 10 participants provide a personalized, interactive and efficient training. At the end of the course, graduates will be able to apply for a Commis Chef position.

  • 3 months of practical experience in a restaurant

Pre-requisite
  • 18 years old minimum
  • High school degree level
  • Upon application approval
